What We Offer

Boone Real Estate consists of a property team that focuses in 5 core areas:

Fund Management 
Investment management is provided by Cadman Capital Ltd., a licensed investment manager with experience in UK real estate. The fund aims to increase the value of shares by acquisition in areas with potential for growth and stable rental yields. The properties acquired will be mortgaged with the aim of paying down those mortgages over 10 to 20 years, thus providing increases in capital growth and reduction in debt.

Project Management 
The project management team has broad experience of a range of products and external consultants have worked on numerous projects with us. Management aim to identify investment opportunities where, in addition to market gains, changes can be made to properties to increase the level of investor returns.

Operations 
The fund employs a full-time estate manager to ensure all properties achieve their optimal level of occupancy and rental income. The estate manager works closely with a local real estate letting agent who fully vets prospective tenants and helps maintain the legal and regulatory framework over the properties.

Client Relations 
Through your dedicated account manager, regular updates and this website, we will keep you appraised of what’s going on in the Portfolio. We will not disclose sensitive confidential information about planning or development until projects are completed.

Reporting
All NAV’s and reports are produced by our independent administrator; licensed in the jurisdiction to provide Fund Admin Services. Valuations are conducted by a local chartered surveyors in accordance with industry standards.

Boone Real Estate (the Fund) operates as an unregulated collective investment scheme (defined within s235 of the Financial Services and Markets Act (FSMA) 2000).

The Fund does not have the approval of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other regulatory body.

The Fund invests in real estate and real estate related products, which are not recognised as regulated investment products.

Promotion of the Fund is strictly controlled by authorised persons. Accordingly, Boone Real Estate will take all reasonable steps to verify the suitability of potential investors. Eligible investors may include:

Established / newly accepted investors. Defined as any authorised person in respect of whom that authorised person has taken reasonable steps to ensure that an investment in 'the Fund' is suitable within the meaning of the FCA's Conduct of Business Sourcebook 4.12 and 'professional clients' and 'eligible counterparties' of such authorised person.

Sophisticated Investors – See article 23 FSMA Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes (Exemptions) Order 2001, being a person certified in writing to the effect that he/she is sufficiently knowledgeable to understand the risks associated with participating in unregulated schemes.

High net worth companies, unincorporated associations, partnerships or trustees of high value trusts – See article 22 FSMA Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes (Exemptions) Order 2001.

Investment Professionals – defined within article 14 FSMA.

US investors – Shares may be deemed to be securities under the security laws of the United States and have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended or qualified, approved or disapproved under any other federal or state securities laws.
